Music Without Borders Foundation
We organise concerts and choral festivals, run the Silesian Chamber Choir Ad libitum and take music where it is missing — from Wodzisław Śląski to Georgia.
On 12 December 2026 Cieszyn will be filled with carols again. Amateur choirs and ensembles are welcome — applications close on 31 October 2026. The Music Without Borders Foundation co-organises the competition.

On the 100th anniversary of the death of the composer, organist and teacher connected with Wodzisław, his songs, psalms and Mass in honour of St Joseph were performed. The composer’s great-granddaughter, Angelika Kügele, played the organ.
To close its festival appearance on the island of Gozo, the choir sang a programme of Polish a cappella music — from sacred hymns to secular works.
The Music Without Borders Foundation was established in 2021 in Wodzisław Śląski to promote music, culture and art. Our main purpose is to remove boundaries — through music.
The modern world keeps drawing borders: geographic, economic and cultural. We want music to reach everyone — from young people to seniors, including people with disabilities — and for popular and classical music to exist side by side.
Artistic work can break down borders. That is why the foundation is for everyone who needs music as therapy and a remedy for all ills.
